How requests work

A Karakol Hub form is a request, not an automatic booking. The property or provider always confirms availability, the final price, route and service details.

    Send a request

    Choose a place, add dates, guest numbers and your preferred contact. For jeep routes, add the direction and group details.

    We check the conditions

    We pass the request to the property or provider and clarify availability, what is included, road conditions and the price for your dates.

  3. 3

    We confirm the reply

    Once the partner replies, we share the confirmed terms. Before that, a price or availability note is not an offer.

  4. 4

    Agree on the next step

    Karakol Hub does not take online payments on the site at this stage. Payment, cancellation and deposit terms are discussed only after provider confirmation.
